Restriction half full

It seems I have very little restriction at all at the moment. The kinds of food I'm able to eat astounds me lol. I kind of love it right now though. I can get wraps with chicken and salad down (one whole one!) rice, steak, you name it, I have no trouble eating it.

I have been trying to cull my portion sizes though. For the most part the usual cup or so is all I can handle before I'm full - the trouble is, I'm having a little trouble with the cut off point. It seems to be more than usual. I am hungry (sigh!) so I guess I'm back into the Doc's sooner than later. Weight seems to be holding steady, though with what I'm eating sometimes it probably shouldn't be. All I can guess is that being smaller now, I burn more calories for the same amount of effort as before and its helping me stay steady.

I haven't had a chance yet to make it into get a top up on the fill. Work has been kind of busy and this afternoon I'm off to another training session. This one is for Dysphagia - or those who have trouble swallowing. I actually enjoy the training and I'm getting a whole whack of certificates in my folder. The other reason I haven't run back to the Doctor's to get a fill is tomorrow night MOTH (Man of the House) and I are off to a dinner dance at the German Club. Not sure what that involves except - well, a dinner and dance. Funny that. I'm still waiting to hear from my friend about the time, place etc etc, but well, you can't rush her lol. I want to be able to eat in front of people and not have to rush off if something happens with a fuller band.

Not much else happening this end - except Spring showed its face and nicked off again. It's been bloody freezing. Heading for the high 20's again in the next few days. Can we have the sun back from you guys on the other side of the world, please?
