Have you ever looked at a gravestone? On it you will find the date a person was born - and the date that person died. In between is a dash. This small symbol signifies a persons whole existence. When it comes time for my dash to be chipped in, I want to know I lived a full and wondrous life.

A bit puzzled

I just realised something... Why, when I did a post today, Tuesday the 14th of April, is it showing as Monday the 13th? Is it because we are on American time which is behind us here in Oz? Anyone else notice this?

    Hello there, you need to change your settings in your dashboard.Go to settings, then formatting, then set your time zone appropriately.

    On the smoking, congratulations. I have to say that giving up smoking was the hardest thing I have EVER done! It makes losing weight with a lapband seem like a walk in the park. Seriously!

    I gave up smoking 7 years ago and have not had a single puff since. I had tried several methods up until then, but used patches for the last attempt and it was the only time I was successful for an extended amount of time.

    If you can get through that, you will lose weight with the band standing on your ear!!!
