Have you ever looked at a gravestone? On it you will find the date a person was born - and the date that person died. In between is a dash. This small symbol signifies a persons whole existence. When it comes time for my dash to be chipped in, I want to know I lived a full and wondrous life.

Piccie update










































Not much to report today - though I thought I would post these pics just to show how my weight loss is coming so far... I haven't lost much this week but now I have had my 2nd fill I am hoping this helps to get my bum into gear to find a decent loss in the coming weeks. When I hit the big
two-0 I will post some before and afters .. If I can figure out to get them side by side :)

    You look great!!!! I went out to dinner last night and over did it a little bit, not to the point of being sick just a bit uncomfortable! Won't do that again! I just noticed, did you name your band Portia? I love it, I named mine Mariah! lol My husband losses it when I refere to it by name and that just kills me haha

    Cara-so beautiful! Thanks for the pics and it is really good to have a full length shot to look at. I'm going to get some really honest pics done soon, my daughter can take them and we'll do updates when I've done some losing. You have a great weekend too.

    It is good to take the full length pictures....because you just can't see the difference yourself sometimes until you look back at the photos. You look like a total hornbag though I have to say!!!!!!!!! How much did you get put in?
