Have you ever looked at a gravestone? On it you will find the date a person was born - and the date that person died. In between is a dash. This small symbol signifies a persons whole existence. When it comes time for my dash to be chipped in, I want to know I lived a full and wondrous life.

So this is 'Banster Hell'??

Hi all,

I threw a pity party yesterday and I was the star!! You're a wonderful bunch of girls... no doubt about it.. and I want to thank you all for your lovely - and helpful - messages. I took every one under my belt and I will hereby swear to learn to live with the ups and downs that my band brings me and not freak out if I veer from the course of losing this weight. At least for today :) Ha!

I am off to get my first fill - oooh - feeling a touch nervous but excited also at what today will bring. I am going to get lots of questions in with Doc today as he's rather a quiet soul and doesn't volunteer a lot of information unless I ask.

I will update again later with how things went. Adios xxxx
