Have you ever looked at a gravestone? On it you will find the date a person was born - and the date that person died. In between is a dash. This small symbol signifies a persons whole existence. When it comes time for my dash to be chipped in, I want to know I lived a full and wondrous life.

OUCH!

OOOH, ok this restriction has REALLY kicked in.

Almost five hours since I ate my small bowl of cereal with nothing in between I just tried to eat a very late lunch - a ham, cheese and tomato toasted grain bread sandwich. It got stuck!! Reminder to self: Must slow down and chew the life out of it. That hurt!!! MOTH (Man of the House) scored the other three quarters of it. I have suddenly lost interest lol.

  3. Hi, hooray on your restriction, I hope you can live with it, it's not pleasant when it sneaks up and bites you on the bottom. But hang in there and you should see the kilos fall off.

    Lots of love

  4. I'm sorry about the stuck episode, just watch it before your trip. At least you can really feel it - isn't that what we've been hoping for? :)

  6. be careful with the bread... my last fill pushed me to the point that i can't do it at all anymore, which has helped the weight loss but makes me sad as I LOVE bread!

  7. Yep I agree with Sarah - be super careful with the bread - you may be at the stage where you can't eat it anymore. I can usually eat 1 piece of bread VERY occassionally but not often.
