Just an update on how things are going with the band. Still feeling great, not too hungry (yay!!) and doing well on the food side of things. New stats as of today: I'm down almost 78 pounds or in Aussie terms thats 35. 3 kilos of fat gone!!!! Gone for good. Mwah ha ha ha!!! I hit exactly 78 kilos (or 171 pounds) on the scale as of this morning - another half kilo gone this week - and I'm feeling really great about it. This leaves me..........ONLY 4.7 kilos to goal which is less than a stone. Compared to when I started, it feels almost like chicken feed left to lose. Ecstatic and doing the (chicken) dance here......
