Have you ever looked at a gravestone? On it you will find the date a person was born - and the date that person died. In between is a dash. This small symbol signifies a persons whole existence. When it comes time for my dash to be chipped in, I want to know I lived a full and wondrous life.

Added note........fishy casserole thingy

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention: the fish casserole turned out surpreme! I just put whole pieces of Basa fish (five large I think it was) in the slow cooker, a tin of crushed tomatoes with herbs which I warmed with 200 mls of lite cream and a half teaspoon of curry powder, then poured it over the fish, added salt and pepper and cooked on high for two hours, followed by one hour on low. Served it up with rice (which I omitted for me) and it was a goer. Give it a try :)

  1. That sounds really good, I might try it. We use a slow cooker all the time. Was the fish fresh or frozen or defrosted? I've never done fish in the slow cooker, thanks for the idea

  6. Hey Banditblossum

You live in Oz right. Over here in the supermarket they have tins of crushed tomatoes with herbs already mixed in the can. If you cant find that then I guess just the general herbs, basil, a little oregano, maybe dried parsley (all these are dried, I kill live plants lol) Hope this helps
