Yes, I changed my template. I found the other one looked crowded and messy (might have had something to do with me mucking around with the colours etc lol) but I think this one looks so much cleaner and brighter.
I woke up this morning feeling excited and rejuvinated. It's like I have something really big to look foward to and slowly my mind is making the shift it needs to get me on the road to improvement. I have had a bit of a busy one today - which is what I need, because right now hubby is away working, and I'm missing him like crazy! Whenever we are separated - which seems to have been a lot over the last few years with him working away so much - I feel like half of me is missing. Same old cliche, yet so, so true. Ying and yang have nothing on us!
Nothing much otherwise to report. I have been going over my information (read: getting things straight and through my thick(ish) skull) regarding the do's and dont's of being on liquids for a few weeks before the op. Got a few things to do this week which begins with buying my optifast -I start this coming friday, whooo (and did I just give a whooo for whats going to be a hard yet fruitful few weeks? I think I did! lol) ... and I have to go buy a new blender. My old one died "The Sudden Death of a Thousand Milkshakes and Smoothies. Thanks kids! RIP old blender. I need a shiny new replacement. The hunt begins......
Anyways, that's it for this report. Wasnt that exciting reading.....not!!
Catcha later

Of course it's exciting!!!!! lol
ReplyDeleteI didn't have to do the optifast....they don't make you do it here in Tassie...no idea why...every surgeon is different...which tends to get a bit confusing when reading everyone's blogs!! Not sure that I could stick to it to be honest.....but I know you will do well:)
Keep us informed of your progress. All I can remember about going on Optifast years ago was that it gave me green poo!!!!!!!!!
Lol Nola, you crack me up! Something else to look forward to ...... green poo! EEK! lol
