I have to be at the hospital at 7am and I'm third in line for theatre.. with my super-Doc starting the first operation (whatever that one is) at 8am. Plus I have to play 100 dollars excess, lucky me. Don't know why lol I will find out tomorrow. I had sweaty palm syndrome while on the way to picking up my youngest from school. Made the steering wheel all slippery.. yowsa.. It's hitting me now.. I am taking a perfectly good body that is feeling on top of the world and about to subject it to cutting and stapling and ........ ok.. might not want to go down that road.. AND then there's the little fact that I get nothing to eat apart from my optifast shake tonight with no solids for weeks... that's a little hard to get my head around (although don't know why to be honest... optifast is only liquid.. and yet we at least get to have the crunchy bars...)
Ok.. prattling now.. so will be off. Next time I see you - or speak to you as the case may be - I will be carrying an alien in my stomach.. and I hereby name her:
Portia ....(port-ia)

GOOD LUCK!!! See you on the other side. Good call taking a pillow, if only for the drive home - good to clutch around your stomach. Re the olives, cheese etc... I still partake. I do sometimes have probs with the olives but I still go there.
