I did okay yesterday. I stuck to the plan and ate small amounts at regular intervals. I drank almost 2 litres of water, had both my biotin and centrum multivitamin and also incorporated a very fast 35 minute walk.
8.15am Coffee - hi lo milk no sugar
8.30am 2/3rd's of a toasted muffin with peanut butter
11.00am 50gs cold chicken, one slice of Kraft low fat cheese
Noon Coffee - hi lo milk no sugar
2.30pm Three ritz crackers and a little dip and a Wethers butterscotch
5pm 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with passionfruit and muesli
7pm One thin, small piece of spice dusted chicken with salad, one small hot bread roll, 1 tspn low fat margarine
8.15pm One coffee hilo milk no sugar
Let's see if eating like this helps at all. It's fairly easy but the only thing I find hard is I'm watching the clock again - I don't much like that. I preferred it when I just ate when I was hungry. I am currently sitting on a US size 12 and am busting to hit the 10's!! Must ring the Doc today and see if I can get this fill topped up. It's 8.15am and I'm hungry with the whole grumbling tummy etc. Ack!
Footnote to this post: I just rang and am booked in at 4.45pm to see Dr Hill tomorrow for another little squirt of fill. I am going to see if he can check how much I actually have in there just in case I have a wee leak or something. You just never know. Oh yay.. I'm stoked that I got in before he and Dr Couch do their disappearing act for a few weeks. Will let you know how it went.
Seeya tomorrow

Cara,
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the fill! I was thinking that once you start back to school, that will really take your focus off of food. I know that fact alone would help me lose weight.
Thanks for offering your son's translation services. I need to think of a way to get a copy of the song to you. I'm terribly computer and tech illiterate. My five year old knows more than me. Sigh. I was hoping to just send you a link, but I've already listend to Standchen by Wunderlich, and it is MOST definitely not what I'm trying to find. Although, I really like Standchen now that I have it completely memorized from listening to 50 different versions today! Oh well.
Thanks for being such a sweetheart!
Lara
Looks like a good food day! Mine was hard but since I was on the road it made it a little easier (I inhaled a candy bar at one point, however). Good luck with the fill!!
ReplyDeleteHi, came across this on the WLS Info Forum:
ReplyDelete"The other thing I am concerned about is that banding no longer takes place in Australia...apparently they do sleeves instead!!!"
Is that true? I'm pretty sure it's not, but interested in what you say
Love

Good luck and let us know how you get on....
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the fill!
ReplyDelete<---clock watcher! ;-) "It's lunchtime need to eat"?! haha Trying to only eat when hungry and space meals hours apart. Good luck with the fill!
ReplyDeleteCan I just tell ya my security word for the post I just did was "fatishme" ?! For real!!
ReplyDeleteWhoo hoo!! So glad you got in for another fill. You and I will feel so much better with this next one lady! xoxo
ReplyDeleteCara,
ReplyDeleteHow many calories is that for the day? It seems low. I have an appt Thursday and think I need a fill too. I just ate a ciabatta roll with mozarella tomatoe and basil and it wnet down fine!!! Hope this helps and good luck with the fill tomorrow.
GOOD FOR YOU! I need to do this too. I think it would explain a lot for me when I hit plateaus or have other issues.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good move to space it out through the day. Hope the fill gets you where you want to be. Good luck!
