Have you ever looked at a gravestone? On it you will find the date a person was born - and the date that person died. In between is a dash. This small symbol signifies a persons whole existence. When it comes time for my dash to be chipped in, I want to know I lived a full and wondrous life.

Me again - more pics (skip if feel like taking a blunt knife to wrist.....)

I'm sure if I'm just amusing myself or boring you .. regardless I will push on lol

This is us on the cruise - mugshot!! and possibly only one of a few we have together. I hereby name us: Bill and Ben the middle-aged flower pot men!

These two are of Nola and I at Ocean's Beach. Looking scruffy but happy (me, not Nola lol) We walked quite a way. Joining us are her two dogs. Harry is the bigger one  (nice butt shot there, Harry) and Scarlett is the little firecracker near Nolas right leg. Two cuter dogs you will not find.
We had fun! Wish we were still there, Nola..

Me again on another day - at Sidelings Lookout - Tassie

Chris outside the back of the Cheese Factory - what a beautiful view.

Feeding the 'roos at Natureworld - Bicheno

I think that will do it.. I wanted to put the pics in because it's something (a point of reference so to speak) to look back on and see how things were... this blogging is a great diary tool. Hope you didn't have to toothpick your eyelids open and thanks for reading xxxxx

  1. Awww... so cute, feeding the roos. It must be so lovely to witness those landscapes. Especially since I come from the flat concrete world of Houston, Texas!

  6. Glad to see pictures of you and MOTH on the trip. I read through your entire travel blog last night when I was up and unable to sleep. I loved all the pictures and was glad you included a tasmanian devil...I wondered about those. Anyway, it sounds like you had a wonderful trip, even if you decided against moving there. The travel blog was great, and what a great way to document/remember your trip!

  8. Thanks for sharing, I loved seeing you and MOTH. We have been looking for a little camper to do some traveling in the area. I love hotels, but would enjoy doing more of the outdoors stuff that camping involves. So glad you had a wonderful trip.
