Today is a picture kind of day.........

I thought I would post some pics today of MOTH (Man of the House) and I while were away on hols - actually might need to do it over a few posts so you don't get overwhelmed by my head and his lol... I didn't feature us (except maybe one or two) on our travel blog because I figured it was more about the place and not our fat heads and it's boring looking at people you don't really know - so they were spared.. you.. alas.. are not, lol...  so here goes.

 

This is the inside of the 2/3 berth van - the bed where we slept.... funnily enough no ladder of any kind lol and we had to launch off the back of the seats of the cab (under the maroon mattress there, is the cab where you drive.) Try doing that every time I wanted to get up there 20 + kilos heavier.

This is another view from inside: all the mod-cons - flat screen T.V. (when we were able to get reception), a microwave, little eating area, fridge, and to the left was a shower and toilet. Toilet was ok.. the shower.. well, let's just say you don't want to be a big person.. as it was, both MOTH and I would have had to stand in one spot and do circles with a hand held shower nozzle to get wet!

This is our motor-home: our house for near on 12 days... we had an absolute ball traipsing from town to town!!!

This is me - a bit cold, a bit wet and trying to smile outside the little bakery in Geeveston. Look at those gorgeous wood carvings.. (sorry face is not that clear.. but that's a good thing haha)

My face says it all - well, isn't this exciting.. a half built boat lol. Actually it WAS interesting.. I just seem to be looking a bit perplexed. This was in Franklin, Tasmania.

MOTH (by the way.. his name is Chris which is a short version of his Swedish name lol) outside the Salamanca Square restaurants in Hobart.

Jeez Lousie - it was cold! This is me outside the entrance to "The Wall." No cameras allowed inside so this was a quick shot before we headed in.

Me again - (poser or what! lol kidding) These sunglasses I'm wearing are my Prada ones.. I've them for a few years - suddenly, at least I think - they don't suit my new face shape. Round face vs slightly thinner makes all the difference!

Ok think this is enough for this post.. I will put just a few more on the next one - I want to post pics of Nola (From here to Anxiety... her blog page.. if you don't know her, go have a look.. she's very funny) and I at the beach (or somewhere nearby!)
